How to connect Shopify with parcelLab?

This straightforward guide assists Shopify owners in integrating with parcelLab. Steps include creating webhooks in Shopify, sharing the store URL with parcelLab, and optionally providing API access for enhanced product information. Tailored for ease of use, it ensures seamless connection for effective order tracking and management.

Step 1

Log into Shopify: Go to your Shopify admin area.

Step 2

Settings Navigation: Locate ‘Settings’ and select ‘Notifications’.

Step 3

Adding Webhooks: Under ‘Webhooks’ on the Notifications page bottom, click ‘Create Webhook’.

Step 4

Setting Up Webhooks: Create two types:

  1. New Orders: Select ‘Order Creation’, choose ‘JSON’, and input the provided URL.
  2. Order Updates: Opt for ‘Order Update’, set ‘JSON’, and use the provided URL.
Step 5

Saving Webhooks: Ensure they’re saved correctly.

Step 6

Verification: Confirm both webhooks are accurately listed in Shopify.

Step 7

Share Shopify URL: Provide your Shopify URL to parcelLab.

Step 8

API Access (Optional): Grant access to your Shopify products for additional data.
